1. 客户不得在包裹内夹寄易燃、易爆、易碎物品，由于客户违反禁、限寄的相关规定所造成的一切损失及损害由客户承担相应责任。
我司不予运输的物品包括：
国家法律、法规禁止流通或寄送的物品；
目的地国家法律、法规禁止流通或寄送的物品；
易燃、易爆、易碎物品；
放射性、有毒性、腐蚀性物品；
活体动植物或动植物标本；
妨碍公共卫生或容易产生污染的物品；
液体、粉末；
药品、保健品；
货币及有价证券；
涉及到版权、知识产权的物品；
其它违法物品；
2. 我司对中转运输途中由于海关检查、堵车等原因所出现的延误不做任何承诺。
3. 客户所交寄的物品须符合目的地当地法律规定，如有不符所产生的一切后果由客户自行承担。
4. 由于不可抗拒力量及自然原因或因政府机构扣留货物所造成的损失，我司有义务将损失降到最低，但不承担相关的赔偿责任。
5. 由于收件人地址有误、不详或包裹中夹寄禁寄物品或因其他非我司原因发生退件时，客户应承担退件产生的相关费用。非我司原因造成的退件丢失或损坏，我司不承担直接的赔偿责任。
6. 由于我司直接原因造成包裹在交给邮政机构或相关快递公司前丢失或损坏，我司按包裹申报价值或实际价值(以较低者为准)承担全部赔偿责任。
7. 以挂号空邮或国际快递(含EMS、DHL、UPS、Fedex、TNT等)方式交寄的包裹在邮寄过程中因物品丢失或损坏所产生的损失，我司将协助客户向邮政机构或相关快递公司提出索赔，但不承担直接的赔偿责任。客户不得以索赔进度或索赔结果作为向我司支付运费的条件。
8. 以普通空邮方式(不属于第7项)交寄的包裹没有查询服务及赔偿。
9. 本条款附件包含《异常包裹处理条例》及《财务结算制度》，与本条款具有同等效力。
