10. 接单：EDI放行后打印报关单，拉号接单
11. 保证金收据：接单后出具《保证金收据》
12. 复审：《保证金收据》出具后现场海关进行报关资料复审
13. 缴纳保证金：根据《保证金收据》金额缴款
14. 申请查验：缴完保证金后核销，开具查验通知单，排查验计划
15. 查验：海关根据货物实际情况做最终确认
16. 放行：查验无误后货物即可放行
